24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Please respect our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations that occur less than 24-hours in advance of the booking time will be subject to the court fee. We understand that many unforeseen circumstances can cause late cancellations; however, the financial responsibility for such circumstances lies with the individual and not the club.

Booking Policy

In an attempt to accomadate all members we are establising a fixed schedule. Please call with your desired times and we will fit you in. Please limit your play time to five hours per week. We understand  that this will not be acceptable to all. If so we will refund your membership fee.

Guests

Each membership comes with two complimentary guest passes. Additional passes may be purchased for $5.00 each. Each guest is responsible for their own court fee. Members are welcome to bring as many guests as they wish. However, each guest may only come twice throughout the season.
